They have the same basic layout, but surprisingly the GBA map is the most detailed.

The graphics on the original LI map looks better then the actually in-game graphics, except the water of course. Also, there is actually vehicles driving on the map that aren't driven you (you, as in anyone who plays it, not just you. ).
